A $200 deposit and signed rental agreement are required. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.

The hall can be arranged for seated meals, ceremonies, presentations, entertainment, and dancing. Tables and chairs can be configured for your event, with open floor space available for the parts of the day people will remember most.

What to know before requesting a date.
These highlights summarize the current hall contract. The signed rental agreement and Post approval control every reservation.
Cleaning
Renters may complete the required cleanup or request Post cleanup for the current $300 fee.
Beverage service
No outside alcohol or competing beverages may be brought in. The Post provides all beverage service.
Bartender service
Current contract rate: $150 for the first five hours and $25 for each additional hour, coordinated by the Post.
Security
Security may be required when alcohol is served and at a ratio of one officer per 75 attendees. Current rate: $50 per hour, per officer.
Decorations
No glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, stapling, nailing, or taping to walls or ceilings. Hazard-producing devices require advance approval.
